Our story started in 2013 when Gerry Sheridan, our founder and Managing Director established our luxury ice cream production by the lakes of County Cavan, Ireland. Now over ten years later, our Business has grown, and our manufacturing output has increased but the values that our Company was built on, remain the same. Our passionate team work tirelessly to bring innovation to our customers and ensure quality and service is at the forefront of everything we do.
We are your single solution provider of an array of luxury ice cream, frozen desserts, toppings, and more, supplied to retail and food service customers throughout the UK & Ireland. Additionally, we specialise in developing dessert concepts for retail outlets and restaurant groups, that create interactive experiences with guests and provide the opportunity generate incremental sales revenue.
