Gerry Sheridan

Managing Director

Gerry started Ice Cream Treats in 2013, with over 20 years of experience in the ice cream industry. His passion and enthusiasm for the business and his role are evident in his leadership. As Managing Director, Gerry is at the heart of Ice Cream Treats, living our mission of “creating dessert experiences that bring joy and delight to our customers.

In the rare moments when Gerry isn’t working, you’re likely to spot him supporting the local Killeshandra and Cavan football teams.

Lisa Clarke

Commercial & Trading Manager

In 2016, Lisa joined Ice Cream Treats, bringing with her a background in retail management. With an analytical mind and a natural flair for problem-solving, she is the “go-to” person within ICT.

Beyond the office, you’ll often find Lisa engrossed in the latest F1 gossip & exploring new horizons through her passion for travel.

Sara Millar

National Accounts & Brand Manager

Sara joined us earlier this year taking on responsibility for our commercial activity in the UK. Her love of all things ice cream is deeply rooted in her Italian heritage. Having been born into a family with a long history of artisanal gelato manufacturing it’s no surprise that she brings great passion and experience to our Team.

When not at work, Sara enjoys keeping fit, cooking delicious food, and dining in her favourite restaurants.

Josh Goody

Brand Support Manager

Josh is our friendly face on the road in Ireland, connecting with our customers, building strong relationships, and delivering value by training our customers to offer a top-class ice cream experience in-store. Beyond his role as Brand Support Manager, he enjoys spending time outdoors – particularly paddleboarding and other open water activities.

Attracta Donohoe

Logistics

After living in the hustle and bustle of New York for seven years, Attracta returned home to Ireland, delving into a career in insurance where she accumulated a remarkable twenty-one years of experience. Following her impressive journey, she joined the team at ICT where she is responsible for our Logistics Planning.

Attracta’s favourite hobbies include walking & keeping fit, going to concerts and socialising with friends, having nice holidays and spending quality time with family. Most importantly, she enjoys visiting her four children and five grandchildren, none of whom live in Ireland.

Orla Smith

Technical & Quality Manager

Orla’s vibrant background, varied interests, and dedication make her an invaluable member of the Ice Cream Treats Team! Her professional journey before joining us in 2021 included various roles within the food and dairy industry, where she excelled in both Quality Assurance and & New Product Development.

Orla has a genuine enthusiasm for sports of all kinds; however, her heart lies with GAA, where she not only plays for but also captains the local women’s team. Beyond her athletic pursuits, Orla treasures moments spent with her family and friends, and she can often be found lending a hand at her family’s farm.

Kathryn Reilly

Operations & NPD Manager

Kathryn has been an integral part of the Ice Cream Treats journey from the very beginning, when she joined Gerry in 2013. Her steadfast dedication and contributions are invaluable. With a solid foundation in Food Science, her career before Ice Cream Treats included roles in Bakery and Meat processing, where she was responsible for Quality Assurance and Environmental responsibilities.

In her spare time, Kathryn finds solace in reading books, gardening, and spending time with her dog. Having worked in the industry for so long, she has developed a passion for good food, hence her love for exploring European cities and indulge in the culinary delights each has to offer!
