Kathryn is responsible for managing Operations and NPD within Ice Cream Treats and has been an integral part of our journey from the very beginning. With a strong foundation in Food Science, her career prior to Ice Cream Treats included Quality Assurance positions in both the Bakery and Meat Processing industries.

During her spare time, Kathryn enjoys reading books, gardening, and spending time with her dog. She has a great passion for good food and loves to explore European cities, indulging in the culinary delights each one has to offer!
